Nye stock options trader dies in Melbourne
A stock options broker who ran a brokerage in Melbourne’s north-east has died in a car crash in the state’s north.
The 29-year-old was found in the back of a Holden Cascadia car in a residential area of the city late on Tuesday morning, Victoria Police said.
He was taken to hospital and later died.
Police said the driver of the car had not been arrested.
They were unable to confirm if the man was a licensed broker.
They did not release further details of the man’s circumstances or the circumstances surrounding his death.
Victoria’s Trading Standards Department said the man did not have the necessary qualifications to trade options.
